Splendor is a great game, we picked it up a few years ago after a friend recommended it as being just as good for 2 players as it is for more. We play a lot of games just 2 player and it is sometimes really hard to find games that work that way without them being specifically designed for 2.
Exactly! Most games that have a 2 player version have a weird, mutated form. Splendor is the EXACT same game in 2, 3, or 4 player.
