Episode 13 : The Gods Must be Sock Puppets

This is the first of our earlier recorded episodes.  Don’t worry, it’s still original material… we just recorded it earlier than usual.

Anyway, in this episode Tony and William pave their own way to Norse hell, and we deal with the complex and turbulent relationship that William has with… well… William.

UPDATE:  Mark reminded me of what the links were supposed to be, so here they are.

This site is awesome.  You’ll have to find your way through, there’s no simple way.  But this is the thing that got me started on it.

Also, here is a cool page on a simple way to put up a podcast.  It’s how the Hat got started.

  1. Mark says:

    For the blasphemies uttered in this podcast, your souls are forfeit and will rot forever in Helheim.

    Do you think Fray & AzureTalon are actually the same person (given how much AzureTalon writes to TMTH like Fray posts to HJ)?

    Cosplaying as a character that doesn’t match the cons theme can be wrong, but really depends on the con you’re attending. Some cons (like AnimeIowa) don’t care, but others might.

    Below are links that Tony mentioned during the show and promised to put in the show notes, but has yet to add:
    * “an awesome link that’s an easy way to start a podcast”
    * Homestar Runner

    Lastly, I think mythological sock puppets is a severely under-served market and you should immediately move to fill this marketing void.

  2. Bloodsparrow says:

    At the last Doctor Who convention I was at, there was a guy dressed up as Master Chief. It was a great costume and people were a little confused but it led to some pretty hilarious moments. And the year before that there was a guy dressed as Steve Jobs for reasons that were never made clear… But that’s just a guy in a black turtle-neck.
