William mentioned that there are a lot more cars on the street in LA. I watched “The Home Edit” show where they organize people’s houses (primarily in Nashville and LA) and they said most people in LA either don’t have a garage, or use their garage as extra living/storage space. Rarely do people use it for their cars. This is because real estate is super expensive and the weather is usually good.
Okay… but I live in Iowa… what’s *my* excuse for just using my garage as storage. 🙂
