I wouldn’t say I take them off and “very carefully” put them back on.

But I will INSPECT the pizza for clumped up, or stacked, pepperoni and distribute them so there’s good coverage all over the pizza.

And I WILL eat a frozen slice of pepperoni if I can’t find a new spot for said pepperoni.

On a pizza ordered and pre-cooked/pre-sliced from another location, I am fine with the pepperonis that have been sliced in two, between two pieces.

But on my own home pizzas, or frozen, I *hate* when I have to cut through a pepperoni. So it’s very important to place the pieces in spots that our out of the future cutting lines.

      I’m such a freak… 🙂

  2. Craig says:

So it looks like the time difference between Iowa and the UK is 6 hours so realistically the latest I could do is around 3 or 4pm your time which doesn’t work for people that are working day shift in the US. So the options are either record on the weekends or I try and get on a different episode either the week before or after.

Let me look into it. We definitely can manage *one* of those options. But I’d rather get you in with everyone, if we can.

Who do I talk to about getting in on this 500th episode thing?

  4. Beth says:

Costco frozen pizzas come with enough pepperoni to cover the whole pie, but do not come deposited evenly, so both I and my husband peel them off the frozen pie and redistribute carefully. I start at the outside and make rings until I get to the middle, where if I don’t have enough pepperoni for the exact center, I skip it because it gets so many cuts. I’m not concerned about cutting a pepperoni between two slices, but 3+ slices at the center of the pie is a bit excessive.
