    Oh my word, I’m so behind.

    My most memorable opening line for a while has come from The Martian, because it perfectly set the tone for everything: I’m so f**ked.

    I think Grant’s tomb is in New York. The small domed and pillared memorial (not Jefferson) is the Washington DC War Memorial.

    Football: Meh.

    Homeopathy: Yup, this one’s absolute garbage.

    Other alternative medicines: *shrug* Maybe yes, maybe no. They generally don’t have much (any?) scientific evidence behind them, but placebo effect is powerful and if it helps somebody who are we to take away their hope?
