Episode 710 : Vacation Ends

YouTube link here. See the second floor of the vacation rental!

Just a short episode here. Tony and The Producer discuss their vacation on the last full day of their vacation. It’s super chill, with an undertone of the anxiety you get when you have to return to your normal life. Enjoy!

Returning to normal life is the worst! Also, tired people are tired.

It gets worse. We got stuck in Dallas/Fort Worth for an extra night, and brought home some sort of illness. 🙁

      • Smart says:

Agh! We’ve got a cough going around the family right now that won’t let go. I feel you.
Next time you’re in Oregon we ought to reconnect. I’m still running RPGs for a group and involved in a variety of creative endeavors. Get well soon.

I’ll be there some time next year. I’ll try and keep you in the loop. Though I mostly keep up on your exploits, via FB. 🙂

I’m sadly only in one fortnightly game of D&D, currently. But I kind of fell off the GM train for mental health reasons, and few people want to run games at our age.

Cool. I don’t catch every TMTH episode, but do check every few weeks.

That’s too bad about the gaming situation. But I understand. Do what’s healthiest for you. I’m GMing a group I’ve had for a few years now, most Friday evenings. We’re over a year on our current campaign — a homebrewed Worlds Without Number game. I’m not super impressed by the system, but the campaign has been fun. Multiple dimensions. Cosmos-spanning ships and exploration, with fantasy and sci-fi elements. It’s been a good time. Don’t know how much longer it’ll last. If you want to read the chronicle of the last campaign or two, let me know via FB messenger (or text… do I have your number? Doesn’t look like it) and I’ll be happy to link you.
I just got Rob Schwalb’s new Shadow of the Weird Wizard RPG, and I may start preparing something for that next, though I should probably come up with a couple of ideas to pitch to the group first.
