Episode 214 : Craig’s Day

This week starts off a little dark. Good, but… dark. But then it picks up. Movies mostly. And angry people. But most importantly, it’s all about Craig tonight. Don’t like his questions? Well, write some yourself, and maybe Craig’s won’t be drawn as much! Enjoy!

QUESTIONS:

Have you ever flipped a table in anger? –Craig

Are there any movies that you think deserve/need a sequel but never got one? –Craig

Would you rather box against Einstein or play chess against Mike Tyson? –Craig

One Response to Episode 214 : Craig’s Day

  1. Mark says:

Phillis LIVES! Actually I’ve got an Aunt Phillis and she’s still going strong too.

Next Summer: Could we get a hint of what we’re going to do next summer then? That’s be great thaaaaanks.

William: I’m terrible about keeping up with these sorts of things and work has gotten me further behind on listening to TMTH again, so please pass along my sympathies.

I never expected to have a better knowledge of Iowa City than one of its residents, but I took classes in Seashore. So I’ve got that going for me.

Riding against Cancer: That is brilliant. If it does turn into a community thing; let me know when/where; I’d be happy to join such a ride.

Family gatherings: I never enjoy family gatherings all that much. I think it’s because I so rarely met my Mom’s side of the family; while on Dad’s side there was never anybody I felt I could hang out with (too big an age gap on either side).

Edge of Tomorrow: I saw that and the best part was seeing Tom Cruise getting his ass kicked over and over and over and over and over again.

I can relate to Tony’ DVR dilemma without ever owning a DVR, due to Hulu & Netflix. I’ve got several shows I’ve started watching via streaming that I really like but require such an emotional commitment that I just haven’t been able to bring myself to do it

Telecommuting is weird, but I definitely like having the option.

Flipping a table in anger: I have no recollection of ever doing that. I’m pretty sure I’ve knocked over a card table by accident, easy to do when you’re my size.

Off the top of my head, I think of two times in my life when I’ve been really and truly angry. Angry nigh onto the point of violence and no it didn’t help. It’s why I don’t like getting angry.

Chess vs Tyson: I’m not interesting in winning, I just wouldn’t want to risk potentially hurting Einstein. Though like William mentions if afterwards I’d get to hang out with who ever I went up against; I’d switch my answer to Einstein instantly.

X-Files: Eh, not really interested. Though there are other sequels coming that I’m interested in seeing how they turn out (Twin Peaks).

Well I was almost caught up, then work had me go on a bunch of business trips andI didn’t get a chance to listen while I was gone. I’m currently stuck on another trip, but this time I am listening. One down, six to go (not counting the episodes I skipped).

For the record, I couldn’t hear the purring.
