  1. Bloodsparrow says:

    Hi BLUE CLAW!

I know science is awesome and all, but it’s weird to hear that somebody is on their “2nd BAG of Chemo”.

But I’m glad to hear you’re doing good.

  2. SirGuido says:

    Less cancer, more hat.

  3. The Producer says:

For the record, I’m fucking hilarious. It’s Tony that’s not funny.

  4. Beth says:

Would you prefer your donations of bacon and vodka as separate entities, or one? You may obtain all 3 permutations at Coralville HyVee.

  5. Mark says:

Azure Talon: We all (except maybe Tony) hope you all get better soon!

Grumpy Old Women Parody: Wow, that’s just …. wow. Though it does kind of make me want to start including more random topics to be discussed that can be combined into weird & disturbing things for people to visit the site to find.

Dresden files: I have in fact been reading the series, though I’ve not picked up the newest book yet. Also I have no idea what William is saying I posted about this on G+.

Wreck-It Ralph: Yup, I’m totally going to have to buy this movie; just so I can sit down and try to find all the references to the games they licensed for it.

Brave had a good message and was fun, but to me it felt just a little flat. So I’d say it’s a middle-of-the-road Pixar film (e.g. Cars) rather than one of their better films (e.g. Up). Though Tony’s point about Pixar films either hitting close to your heart or not, might be the reason I feel this way about their middle-of-the-road films.

But speaking of these two films, do you think Disney will actually add Merida and Vanellope von Schweetz to the “official” line up of Disney princesses?

Pixar makes movies in a collaborative process; Disney does it by committee. The difference is obivous.

Eyes and bits so nearby: Tony! For crying out loud, don’t say shit that funny & inappropriate! I listen to you guys while I’m at work and there’s no way I can explain away that to my co-workers!

What do you mean the silent lurker joke wasn’t that funny? I’m severely disappointed.

    • The Producer says:

I’ve heard repeatedly over the years that Merida will join the Disney Princess line up, since back when they were still planning to have Reese Witherspoon in the role. According to Wikipedia, her “coronation” will be in July.

I can’t imagine Vanellope will ever be a canonical Disney Princess, but I’d love to be wrong!
